Burnt Sienna Heavy Texture is a lacquered, deep clay red echoing the feel of wet earth. Hold its shape right out of the jar. No need to add any extra thickeners to make it work.
Formulated with Red Iron Oxide (PR101) and Brown Oxide (PBr6). Dries to a glossy finish with full opacity and a warm color temperature. Professional grade, 100% acrylic emulsion, water-based formula. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Excellent lightfastness, crack-resistant with a flexible cure.
Holds stiff peaks for impasto and palette knife work. Use Gaffrey Standard Acrylic Colors for tinting (It won’t lose thickness). Works with piping bags, palette knives, and brushes. Available in 15.5 oz and 32 oz jars.
