Deep Yellow Heavy Texture is a glowing burnt orange. It reads more like a hot ember than a yellow. The saturated tone and glossy sheen make it look lit. It's eye catching for sure, even without a lot of texture. It keeps its shape straight from the jar, no extra additives needed.

Formulated with Diarylide Yellow (PY17) and Diarylide Benzidine (PY83) to drive the color. It dries to a glossy finish with full opacity and a warm temperature. Professional grade, 100% acrylic emulsion, water-based formula. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Lightfastness is rated Very Good. Crack-resistant with a flexible cure.

You can tint it with standard Gaffrey Acrylic Colors. It won’t lose thickness or body. Holds stiff peaks for impasto and palette knife work. Works with piping bags, palette knives, and brushes. Available in 15.5 oz and 32 oz jars.
